They (and it’s never clear who ‘they’ are at any given moment) say that necessity is the mother of invention – and it’s hard to find a coin-operated bay large enough to wash a train – so this rider found a way to clean up a dirty train.
You can only hope that none of the commuters on the train had their window open as they passed over this particular bridge.
A sudden splash of river water is a sure way to ruin your morning latte and render your New York Times unreadable.
